RETURNS POLICY

Returns

You can exchange or return any undamaged product purchased from us as long as it is returned unused and with proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase. In order to return your product, you must notify us through our contact page; we will then email you within 48 hours with instructions for returning your item(s).

Return of undamaged item(s) for exchange/refund is entirely at your own cost and risk. If there is a difference in price for the exchange item, customers will be refunded/invoiced the difference. We do not refund any packing and postage charges.

Due to health regulations we are unable to refund or exchange on pierced earrings purchases.

Item(s) returned to us MUST be deemed by us to be in their original condition and packaging before a refund will be issued. Sananda Kryst Design will only refund return regular mail postage if you are returning an incorrect or defective item(s). For all other returns, please kindly ensure that sufficient postage is affixed to the package. Any return postage, shipping charges or customs duties paid by Sananda Kryst Design for packages that are not for incorrect or defective items will be deducted from the refund provided.

There will be a $25 handling fee for all refunds.

 

Please note, all custom pieces are non-refundable.

 

For your protection, please send your return items in a rigid cardboard box or bubble-padded envelope. We recommend that you insure your package as we are not responsible for product returns that arrive to us damaged and will not credit you for these item(s). Item(s) returned to us in a standard un-padded envelope are almost certain to be damaged by the postal service.

Damaged Items
Contact Sananda Kryst Design immediately and we will discuss how best to return the item(s) so that we may assess the damage and fix or replace the defective item(s). We agree to reimburse or exchange any product delivered to you that arrives in faulty or damaged condition, or is not as described on our website. If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.

Lost Parcels & Delivery Issues

Sananda Kryst Design cannot be responsible for any orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If we do not receive correct shipping information at the time of your order or within 12 hours of your order being placed, we are not liable for any costs incurred to retrieve or resend your order or for any lost or irretrievable packages. Any delivery issues or lost packages are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of a lost package, we will do everything in our power to correspond with the respective couriers to retrieve your package or to file a claim for the value of the goods. Any extra costs incurred by Sananda Kryst Design are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellations or Changes
We work as quickly as possible to process and fulfill your orders and get your jewelry to you as quickly as we can. Due to courier limitations, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order once it has been shipped. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order please contact us right away at support@sanandakryst.design at the time of placing your order.

For in stock items we must be notified within 24 hours of an order being placed to cancel and refund your order. After this time frame, it is likely your order has been packed and shipped, and we are unable to reroute your package.

For pre-order items, we must be notified within 48 hours or your desire to cancel your purchase in order to cancel and refund your order.

Chargebacks and Bank Disputes

Any chargebacks or disputes filed by a customer to their bank before corresponding with Sananda Kryst Design will be considered in poor faith. Sananda Kryst Design will do everything in its power to resolve the issue directly with the customer as per the policies above. Chargebacks or Disputes may extend this process by several months before any refunds or resolutions can be made. Any costs incurred by Sananda Kryst Design due to chargebacks or disputes are the responsibility of the customer.
