WARRANTY

It is unusual for our products to have faults due to the high-quality craftsmanship, however warrant that the products manufactured and sold by Sananda Kryst Design will be free from defects in material and workmanship.
Sananda Kryst Design will repair any products proven to be faulty due to manufacturing within three (3) months after the date of purchase by the customer with proof of original sales receipt.

Due to the vintage nature of Items in the Travel Time collection, they are sold as is, and are not offered with a warranty.

Warranty Detail

If the item in question is proven to be defective, Sananda Kryst Design will offer a repair or replacement of our choice depending on the fault. The outcome of the warranty is at the discretion of Sananda Kryst Design. This warranty does not cover damage or loss, kinks or change in color (tarnish), as a result of normal wear and tear nor will it cover mishandling or neglect from its wearer. This policy does not cover any damage caused by the customer due to negligence or stress on the item concerned. The warranty is void if external attempts of repair are made.

Repair Detail

Bracelet and necklace threads can be replaced without complete item replacement. Metal work repairs depend on the extent or location of the damage or issue, in this case the item in question must be returned for evaluation.

*Please note, all gold-plated items require a new round of plating after repair.

Out of Warranty Repairs

If an item is broken outside of the three (3) month warranty period, or the damage is not considered a fault, Sananda Kryst Design will do their best to supply an affordable and fair solution to repair the item in question. All costs associated with this type of repair will be borne by the customer.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

Discontinued Item Sales

All sales on discontinued items are final and not eligible for return/repair.
